Urgent Care Veterinarian | Central Mississippi

Looking for something between traditional general practice and emergency medicine? We’re highlighting a full-time Urgent Care Veterinarian opportunity in Central Mississippi for a doctor who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and treating patients who need timely care.

For veterinarians who like the clinical pace and case variety of urgent medicine but aren't necessarily looking for a traditional ER role, this could be an opportunity worth exploring.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time urgent care veterinary position for a doctor interested in evaluating and treating same-day and time-sensitive cases.

The opportunity may appeal to veterinarians who enjoy variety in their caseload, thoughtful clinical decision-making, client communication, and working collaboratively with a veterinary team.

There is also long-term professional growth potential, including partnership eligibility for qualified veterinarians.

What We’re Looking For

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
• Current veterinary license in Mississippi, or eligibility to obtain one
• Interest in urgent care veterinary medicine
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to medicine
• Commitment to thoughtful, high-quality patient care
• Veterinarians interested in expanding their experience in urgent care are encouraged to connect
