We are looking for an outstanding Graphic Designer to learn, understand, and bring to life our company story in the Physical AI space. This designer thoughtfully considers many angles to refine their vision and translate ideas into visuals that clearly communicate our groundbreaking work with digital twins, automotive, and robotics solutions through visual storytelling. What You’ll Be Doing Collaborate with a team of creative directors, art directors, graphic designers, copywriters, and account managers to develop and compose visuals for campaigns, products, technologies, and services in line with provided marketing briefs. These projects will include diverse final outputs such as video, 3D, animation, social media, and illustration. You will develop concepts and build final assets that represent our marketing messages across print, web, and digital media. What We Need To See Exciting examples of how you compose, build, and conceptualize big ideas and forward‑thinking concepts, especially around abstract and technical subjects. Demonstration of the fundamental principles of graphic design for brand, layout, typography, video, photography, and especially 3D. Proficiency in applying brand guidelines to campaigns and events for large companies. Ownership of creative thinking for 3D, web, print, social, event, and video projects in a non‑linear, agile manner. A love for technology and an ability to understand hi‑tech products from the inside out. Ability to take intent and direction from peers and leaders and apply design skills to build a vision, iterate quickly, revise, and produce outstanding work. Evidence of seeking, evangelizing, and adopting the latest design industry trends and technologies. Extensive experience and knowledge of technical and traditional art processes and 3D production pipelines, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe 3D apps, Blender, Maya, etc. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and job tracking tools such as Workfront. A BFA, BS, or MFA in Graphic Design or equivalent field is required (or equivalent experience). Five or more years of proven experience working with established brands, building or extending design systems, and/or campaigns, collaborating with senior executive‑level leadership teams. Agency experience is a plus. Provide a PDF or online portfolio with 5–10 design samples during the interview process. Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd Demonstrate curiosity and analytical thinking about technology, development, and the rapidly evolving AI landscape. Adopt Generative AI into your workflow and have spent time with many of the tools. Show how you can visualize ideas that communicate sophisticated technical subjects simply, especially if you have worked with the developer community. Have hands‑on skills in illustration, infographics, 3D, motion graphics, video, storyboarding, and/or in‑house experience. Demonstrate how you shoot photographs and build animatics. Compensation & Benefits Base salary will be determined based on location, experience, and pay of comparable employees. The base salary range is $100,000 – $166,750 for Level3, and $132,000 – $207,000 for Level4. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
