We are seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Office and Warehouse Support Associate in Dallas, TX to join our team in a hybrid Warehouse and Office Support role. This position supports both warehouse operations and front office functions by providing excellent customer service, processing paperwork, organizing and packing orders, and assisting with administrative tasks. Responsibilities include answering customer calls and emails, coordinating and preparing orders for shipment or pickup, and maintaining accurate order documentation. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and is comfortable balancing a variety of responsibilities throughout the day. Requirements:

• Previous customer service, warehouse, or administrative experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to lift and move packages as needed and work comfortably in both office and warehouse environments.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
