As a Cook, you will be an integral part of a kitchen team, preparing both fresh and pre-prepared ingredients to deliver high-quality breakfast and lunch meals. You will work efficiently under regular oversight while adhering to food safety standards and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals for breakfast and lunch shifts
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
- Control portion sizes and plate meals attractively
- Replenish stock and manage inventory
- Implement waste reduction practices
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in culinary arts or food preparation
- Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards
- Strong time management and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation
- Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
