As the Structural Group Leader on our Industrial Facility Engineering and Design team, you will provide leadership and guidance to a talented group of professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions. This role is ideal for a leader who excels in mentorship, team development, strategic planning, and building strong client relationships while connecting daily project work to broader team and organizational goals.
