The Critical Criteria You Must Meet First: Credentials: You hold an active Pennsylvania CNA license OR have a minimum of 4 years of solid HHA experience. Proximity & Radius: You have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and can travel to any client within Montgomery County. Response Time: You can confidently commit to a 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM on-call window and reliably arrive at a client's home within 1 hour of being notified. The Premium Compensation & Benefits You’ll Enjoy: Guaranteed Daily Stipend: Earn a $60 daily stipend per on-call day ($5/hr from 7 AM–7 PM) just for keeping your phone on—whether you are dispatched to a shift or not! Premium Emergency Pay: Earn $22.00/hour when stepping in for last-minute coverage. Standard Pick-Up Pay: Earn $18.00/hour when choosing to grab extra open shifts at your leisure.
