Compensation and Benefits For this U.S.-based position, compensation is $22.50 - $35.50 per hour, eligible for overtime pay. Responsibilities Collaborate with the team on AI-assisted code conversion to support future systems and AI-assisted document‑video conversion. Participate in brainstorming sessions and present ideas. Support R&D with data analysis, research, or process improvements. Attend intern‑exclusive workshops, networking events, and leadership panels. Receive mentorship from experienced professionals and your assigned manager. Reporting Structure The Graduate Software Development Intern will report to a Director, Technical Product Management and collaborate closely with Research and Development. Qualifications Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science/AI or related programs. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Curiosity, creativity, and willingness to learn. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Passion for sustainability, innovation, or technology is a plus. Ability to work in the Foxboro, MA office for the duration of the internship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time, ongoing basis.
