Job Title: Project Engineer III / Program Engineer III
Location: Waco, TX Hybrid
Duration: 2-Year Contract
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to lead pharmaceutical capital projects involving cleanrooms, utilities, manufacturing equipment, facility renovations, and aseptic manufacturing environments.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of project/construction management experience.
- Pharmaceutical or regulated industry experience.
- Strong experience with GMP, aseptic manufacturing, cleanrooms, HVAC, and utilities .
- Experience managing capital projects valued at $10M+ .
- Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, procurement, and contractor management.
- Knowledge of commissioning, qualification, and validation for pharmaceutical equipment and facilities.
- Experience with HAZOP, change control, and construction safety .
- Fill-Finish and Packaging Equipment experience is a plus..
