Our aggregate materials are used in a wide range of construction aggregate applications including infrastructure projects, commercial projects and residential projects.The Project Engineer role is based in North Texas with travel to locations in Texas and Oklahoma.Primary Objectives for the position:Champion safetyWork with the operations management team to develop and prepare concepts, scope, GA, and detail drawings for new plant and optimization projectsDevelop project budget and schedule to meet target completion dates using internal and external resources where applicableAssist in the development of, and adherence to, design standards.Follow through on project completion and ensure objectives are met.Create and maintain the project schedule.Provide project updates to company leadership.Pre-qualification of contractors.Preferred Experience and Skills:Bachelor's degree with Civil or Structural Engineering background.At least 5 years of project engineering experience and related experience in a heavy industrial or mining environment.In depth knowledge with aggregates processing equipment, pumping equipment, and fundamental electrical knowledge is desired.Analytical, data focused, and metrics driven.Ability to communicate effectively at the field level and with management.Proven ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Detail orientated.
