Job Title: Youth Registered Nurse

Location: Rimrock, Arizona

Position Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing services in a Behavioral Health Residential Facility (BHRF) serving adolescents. The RN will support the medical and behavioral health needs of residents by overseeing medication administration, monitoring health conditions, coordinating care with providers, and ensuring compliance with all applicable healthcare and licensing regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing services within a licensed Behavioral Health Residential Facility (BHRF) for adolescents.

• Administer and monitor prescribed medications according to physician orders.

• Complete nursing assessments and monitor residents for physical and behavioral health concerns.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation and medication records.

• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, therapists, and residential staff.

• Monitor for medication side effects and communicate concerns with the clinical team.

• Respond to medical situations and provide appropriate nursing interventions.

• Ensure medication storage, handling, and documentation comply with regulatory standards.

• Provide health education and support to residents and staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona .

• Experience working with adolescents or in a behavioral health setting is highly preferred.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in a residential behavioral health environment.

• Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Psychiatric or behavioral health nursing experience.

• Experience working with adolescents or at-risk youth.

• Familiarity with residential behavioral health regulations.
