Survey Technician

Description

Assist with land, boundary, topographic, and construction surveys. Operate survey equipment including GPS, total stations, data collectors, and laser levels. Collect and record accurate field measurements and survey data. Assist in establishing survey control points and construction layout. Perform construction stakeout for roads, utilities, buildings, and site development projects. Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration. Read and interpret survey plans, construction drawings, and maps. Mark property boundaries and survey points in the field. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams to support field operations. Prepare field notes and documentation for office processing. Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $70000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
