Our high-visibility location and powerful marketing engine bring in a steady flow of new patients, and we're looking for a driven, personable, and organized Front Desk / Receptionist to join our team and be the face of the practice.This is not a stagnant desk job — it's a high-impact, patient-facing role where the right person can earn well beyond base pay through commissions tied to treatment acceptance and scheduling performance.Starting at $20/hr plus a lucrative commission structure.Unlimited earning potential — top performers can significantly increase their income through successful scheduling, treatment presentation, and conversion.Work in a Beautiful, Modern Practice with a strong reputation and steady patient flow.Growth-Oriented Environment — We love promoting from within. This role can grow into treatment coordinator, office manager, or marketing leadership positions for the right person.Be the first impression patients experience — and play a direct role in the success of the practice.Friendly, articulate, and professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage scheduling, calls, and patient check-ins with ease.Comfortable talking about dental treatment plans and financial arrangements with patients.Excited by commission-based income and motivated to perform at a high level.Experienced in dental front office work (preferred), but we're open to training the right candidate with strong communication and sales/customer service experience.A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.Welcome patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out processes.Handle phone calls, scheduling, insurance verifications, and patient inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.Present treatment plans and assist patients with scheduling their care.Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to keep patient flow running smoothly.Play an active role in converting new patient inquiries into scheduled appointments, directly impacting both practice growth and your own commission income.Starting at $20/hr base pay.Commission Structure based on performance — with no cap on earnings.High patient volume and strong marketing support to help you succeed.Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding dental group.
