QC Biochemist
Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Eurofins seeks a QC Biochemist for their Indianapolis laboratory to perform quality control testing including ELISA, cell passage, and BCA assays. The role involves troubleshooting equipment, conducting cell-based bioassays, and supporting high-throughput analytical work in a GMP environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform ELISA, cell passage, and BCA assays in quality control testing
- Investigate and troubleshoot equipment-related issues and failures
- Conduct cell counting, cell banking, and cell-based bioassay operations
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and comply with GMP protocols
- Provide 24-hour cell coverage support as operational needs require
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biochemistry, cell biology, molecular biology, or related field
- Laboratory experience in GMP QC environment
- Proficiency with ELISA, BCA, and cell culture techniques
- Strong pipetting skills and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
- Excellent written and oral communication with attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and work independently or collaboratively
- Unrestricted authorization to work indefinitely in the United States
