Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SmartCOMM Architect to design and implement enterprise customer communication solutions using SmartCOMM. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in document composition, template design, correspondence management, and SmartCOMM architecture, with experience integrating SmartCOMM with enterprise systems.

The role involves designing scalable communication frameworks for policy, claims, billing, and customer correspondence, while collaborating with integration teams for seamless data exchange and document generation workflows.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in enterprise application/document communication platforms.

Strong hands-on experience in SmartCOMM implementation and architecture

Expertise in:

SmartCOMM Designer

Assemble

Generate

Template design

Document composition

Correspondence management

Strong understanding of:

JSON

XML

REST/SOAP APIs

Experience working with enterprise integration platforms.

Experience in large-scale document generation and batch processing.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform or API integrations.

Exposure to Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter)

Experience in Insurance domain.

Knowledge of event-driven communication processing and messaging systems.

Nice to Have

Experience with enterprise Customer Communication Management (CCM) platforms.

Exposure to cloud-based integrations and DevOps practices.

Strong stakeholder communication and solution design skills.
