If you are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of others, we invite you to apply and help us continue our tradition of excellence in senior care.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and groomingProvide medication reminders according to the prescribed scheduleSupport clients with mobility challenges, including aiding with transfers and ambulatory assistancePerform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and comfortable living environmentPrepare meals ensuring dietary restrictions are followedEngage in companionship and social interaction, aiming to improve client happiness and mental healthMonitor and report changes in client health, behavior, and needsFacilitate transportation to appointments and assist with errands as neededEnsure strict adherence to safety and hygiene standardsMaintain client confidentiality at all timesRequirementsProven experience in caregiving, PCA care, or a similar roleEmpathy and the ability to care for the client's social, emotional, and physical well-beingEffective communication and interpersonal skillsMust possess a high school diploma or equivalentCompletion of a state-approved caregiver education program is preferredAbility to perform all physical tasks required in caring for the elderlyStrong moral character and reliabilityA valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from workMust successfully pass a background check, including criminal history, personal references, and employment verificationA current first aid and CPR certification is highly desirable
