Position: Licensed Customs Broker / Import Operations Specialist Location: Rancho Dominguez, CA Industry: Logistics / Freight Forwarding Employment Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: On-site Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 DOE About The Role Our client, a Japanese company, is seeking a Licensed Customs Broker to join their Import Operations team. This position will handle import shipment coordination from arrival through delivery, including tracking, customer communication, billing, and system processing. The workload is manageable, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a stable environment and a strong work-life balance. The team currently consists of two import specialists, and this role will serve as an additional key member of the department. Key Responsibilities Coordinate import shipments and delivery arrangements Track shipments and provide status updates Process billing and shipment documentation Utilize iLogisys and tracking systems Communicate with customers, carriers, and service providers Ensure smooth import operations and regulatory compliance Qualifications Required U.S. Customs Broker License Import operations experience Ability to work independently and follow established procedures Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Japanese language skills Experience in freight forwarding or customs brokerageExperience handling various import commodities #J-18808-Ljbffr Pasona N A, Inc.
