Licensed Physical Therapist

Join our team as a Physical Therapist in a supportive and growth-oriented environment. This role involves performing assessments, implementing treatment plans, and evaluating residents under medically approved Care plans. Responsibilities include supervising team members, promoting safety, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Candidates should have a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program, a valid Florida license, at least one year of experience, CPR certification, and strong communication skills. Key duties include providing skilled therapy procedures, developing and evaluating treatment strategies, and supervising Physical Therapist Assistants.
