Pharmacy Med Reconciliation Technician - Elevate Care

HonorHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Medication Reconciliation Technician to improve medication safety by assisting pharmacists. This role involves obtaining and verifying medication history, documenting lists, and ensuring compliance with standards. Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least 10 months of pharmacy technician experience. Preferably, candidates will hold a Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) and experience in retail pharmacy. A sign-on bonus is available for this full-time day shift position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
