If you are looking for a highly technical career in a challenging environment, please contact us today. Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. This role is responsible for inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet company and customer specifications. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and experience working in a manufacturing or quality environment. Responsibilities: Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of parts and materials Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, height gauges, etc.) Document inspection results and maintain accurate records Identify and report non-conforming products and assist with corrective actions Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures (ISO/AS standards as applicable) Perform first article inspections (FAI) as required Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues Maintain a clean and organized inspection area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications: 2+ years of quality inspection experience preferred Experience in a manufacturing environment required Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Proficiency with measuring tools and inspection equipment Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 standards is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work overtime as needed Schedule & Compensation: Full-time position (40 hours per week) Overtime required based on production needs We offer a generous compensation package, which includes competitive hourly up to $20.00 p/h D.O.E, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401K, Vacation & sick/personal days and Life insurance. $250.00 SIGN-ON BONUS EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or GED; College degree a plus. Equivalent combination of education and experience. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Manufacturing. Fast paced. Must be able to lift and or move up to 50 lbs.
