Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Pay: $36.00 – $39.00 per hour plus benefits

Employment Type: Direct hire | Full-Time/Permanent

Setting: Long-Term Care | Nursing Home

Location: Worcester, MA (conveniently located near highways and bus routes)

Timings: Overnight Shift

Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality care to residents in a long-term care and nursing home setting. This role offers a supportive work environment, stable leadership, and flexible scheduling with opportunities for growth.

Schedule:

Weekend rotations offered

Overtime opportunities available

Responsibilities:

Assess residents’ health needs and monitor condition changes

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor and record vital signs

Provide direct patient care and emotional support

Collaborate closely with physicians, RNs, and the interdisciplinary care team

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Adhere to nursing standards, policies, and best practices

Perform additional nursing duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Active Massachusetts LPN license in good standing

1 year of experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team

Solid critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

Compensation & Benefits:
