Refrigeration Project Manager

Responsibilities Lead and mentor installation crews on commercial refrigeration projects. Serve as the lead technical resource on assigned jobs. Oversee crews of technicians (typically 5–7 people). Report on job status, performance, and project costs. Build strong relationships with peers, customers, general contractors, and subcontractors. Ensure PPE use and safe work practices at all times. Enforce compliance with installation processes and safety policies. Supervise work of apprentices and journeymen as needed. Qualifications 5+ years of commercial refrigeration installation experience with strong hands‑on knowledge. Proven leadership ability and strong organizational skills.
