This role involves collaboration with licensed and unlicensed caregivers to ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and significant others. Responsibilities Provide exceptional nursing care in accordance with the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act. Implement the Scope of Practice and adhere to the Code of Ethics Standards set by the American Nurses Association. Engage actively with the multidisciplinary team to uphold the voice of the patient and support service excellence goals. Participate in evidence-based practice and research to enhance patient care quality. Collaborate with Nurse Managers and other leaders to fulfill the responsibilities of care delivery. Qualifications Current RN license in the state of Georgia. Demonstrated knowledge and skills in emergency nursing practice.
