Salary : $104,994.45 - $113,849.63 Annually Location : Phoenix, AZ Job Type: Full-time Job Number: 12024-26-01 Division: Criminal Investigations Division Opening Date: 09/11/2026 Summary Statement The Arizona Department of Public Safety is seeking an experienced Intelligence Program Administrator who will administer, plan, develop, and organize intelligence, information, and analytical projects for the Arizona Counter Terrorism Information Center (ACTIC). Exercises sound judgment and initiative in representing the ACTIC and setting priorities. Performs related duties as assigned. This position is designated as uncovered; the incumbent serves at the pleasure of the Director of the Department of Public Safety. Essential Functions (not intended to be all inclusive) Serves as the primary administrator responsible for updating, planning, coordinating, and delivering the Arizona Law Enforcement Analyst Training (ALEAT) and the Arizona Law Enforcement Analyst Academy (ALEAA). Coordinates with public safety partners to develop, implement, and update product production plans addressing community, agency, and officer safety priorities. Coordinates with public safety partners to develop and maintain processes and procedures necessary to support analytic production while complying with 28 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR), Civil Rights/Civil Liberty Protections, and related federal and state statutes. Provides subject matter expertise and guidance to leadership, public safety partners, and program coordinators to ensure personnel have the required skills and resources necessary to accomplish mission requirements. Responsible for reviewing products before publication, for adherence to analytic standards, customer needs, sensitive information safeguarding, and compliance with 28 CFR and related Civil Rights/Civil Liberty protections. Provides oversight, guidance, and support for effective, efficient, and appropriate processing, analysis, information handling/management, and related fusion center functions. Monitors the development, retention, and handling of information and the use of intelligence databases to ensure confidentiality, accuracy, proper dissemination, and compliance with federal, state/ local laws, and department policies. Supports ACTIC leadership in developing, refining, and maturing capabilities, processes, and procedures related to fusion center mission activity. Supports the development and sharing of intelligence, information, and administrative efforts related to product production. Supports policy, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), and Memorandum of Agreement/Understanding (MOA/U) development, review, compliance, and updates. Remains current on job-specific procedures and law enforcement investigation and intelligence issues by reviewing analytical intelligence and law enforcement publications and bulletins and by attending meetings and training courses. Determines equipment and software needs for analysis services. Assists with budget planning to provide for future needs of the district and bureau operations. Minimum Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Requires a bachelor's degree preferably in intelligence, criminal justice, criminology, data analysis, or related field. Requires a minimum of five years of professional experience in crime and/or intelligence analysis in a fusion center, or with a law enforcement agency, or the U.S. military, of which at least two years must have been in a supervisory or management position. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid State of Arizona driver's license. Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Office and/or field settings. Must be able to work irregular work hours and weekends. May be required to travel. May be required to carry up to 20 pounds.
