ER Charge Nurse: Lead & Educate in the ED (Day Shift)

You will work with the Nursing Director to provide leadership, identify education needs, and plan ED staff education while guiding performance evaluations and competencies. You will be assigned direct patient care duties and allocated admin time for leadership duties.
