With our rapid growth, we have 27 stores across North America to-date and more to come! We are looking for enthusiastic applicants to join our team as a Full-Time Sales Associate. About the Role As a Sales Associate, you will provide top-tier customer service with outstanding product knowledge to all clients. Including but not limited to… Greet all customers with enthusiasm and deliver an exceptional shopping experience in a friendly and professional manner Assess customer needs and inquiries by asking open-ended questions to provide personalized solutions, leveraging your in-depth product knowledge to support them in selecting the right products Stay informed about current sales and ongoing in-store promotions to keep customers updated and enhance their shopping experience Ensure smooth and accurate customer transactions by efficiently utilizing our point-of-sale system and Kiokii Loyalty Reward Membership Program Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and longterm brand loyalty Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor Collaborate with team members to support daily store operations and achieve target goals Performs ad-hoc duties as assigned What We're Looking For Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred A deep enthusiasm for the Asian beauty industry, with a commitment to learning, sharing knowledge, and staying informed on the latest products and trends to better serve customers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented with a friendly and energetic personality Strong problem-solving abilities and able to adapt to customer needs Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Basic math proficiency and ability to handle cash and transactions accurately Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods of time Ability to bend, stoop, and reach for products on shelves or storage areas Willing to work in a retail setting that may require moderate noise levels, bright lighting, or fluctuations in temperature Vacancy type: BACKFILL Kiokii Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
