Material Planner

Job TitleJob Description: This position is responsible for ensuring supply and demand for production use as well as maintaining healthy inventory turns. Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure material availability in meeting daily production demands to achieve goals and metrics.Analyze daily material status and present shortages to customers in daily conference calls.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure order planning and fulfillment.Mitigate material shortages through internal and external escalation.Perform unplanned component demand verification and upload.Manage material requirement changes and dispositions due to ECN (engineering change notification) and product EOL (end of life).Perform ROP (re-order point) sizing activities monthly.Perform weekly internal E&O (excess and obsolete) analysis including root cause and action plans.Perform quarterly external E&O review process.Manage PPV (price purchase variance) and adhere to established SUK (single user kanban) process.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications requiredStrong communication (written and verbal) skillsSAP/Oracle knowledge preferredEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain required, Master's degree preferred.0- 3 years Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.Contract manufacturing experience is a plus.CLOUD NETWORK TECHNOLOGY USA, INC. is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
