About the Seattle Majestics

The Seattle Majestics are a professional women’s tackle football team competing in the Women’s National Football Conference (WNFC). We’re building a stronger presence on and off the field, growing our fan base, and creating more visibility for women’s professional football in the Pacific Northwest.

We’re looking for a creative, motivated Graphic & Brand Designer to help bring the Majestics brand to life across our digital platforms as we refresh our website and continue to grow our social media presence.

The Opportunity

As our Volunteer Graphic Designer, you’ll work alongside our volunteer Marketing Director to create compelling, cohesive visual content that captures the energy of the Majestics. From website visuals to social media graphics, you’ll help shape how fans, players, and potential sponsors experience our brand.

This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on a growing sports organization, build your portfolio, and help elevate the visibility of women’s tackle football.

What You’ll Do

• Website Design: Create and refine visual assets for our website redesign, helping establish a polished, cohesive digital presence.
• Social Media Graphics: Design engaging graphics for Instagram and other social platforms, including player features, game-day content templates, announcements, and team updates.
• Brand Consistency: Help maintain and evolve our visual identity across digital channels, ensuring our content feels cohesive, recognizable, and distinctly Majestics.
• Creative Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing Director to bring campaign ideas to life and develop fresh ways to engage fans.
• Marketing Assets: Support the creation of promotional graphics and other digital materials for games, community events, and sponsor initiatives as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in graphic design, brand design, or a related creative field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
• An eye for creating bold, engaging visuals that work across digital platforms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
• Someone who is proactive, able to work autonomously, and excited to contribute ideas, not just execute requests.
• An interest in women’s sports, growing a sports brand, or supporting opportunities for women in athletics.

Time Commitment

This is a volunteer position with a flexible schedule. We’re looking for someone who can contribute consistently, increased effort during the lead up to and in season (March-June). The role starts ASAP, with an immediate focus on supporting our website redesign and ongoing social media growth.
