We improve and advance our employees' and patients' lives that depend on our products.Area Focus: Production FloorResponsibilitiesBriefly talk with Inspector Packer/Shift Supervisor about problems that happened during the previous shift.Inspect product per Quality Plan, Criteria Board, or other documented instructions- record information on proper form.Pack product per Quality Plan or documented concession.Communicate with the Supervisor for further instructions.Perform secondary operations and rework per Quality Plans, Criteria Boards and as instructed by Supervisor.Secondary and rework operations include and are not limited to drilling, trimming, sorting and assembly.Report any quality and safety concerns to the supervisor.Housekeeping and GMP ProceduresMaintain record keeping as required.Other duties as assigned.RequirementsWork Standards:Basic Communication Skills, be able to read, understand basic EnglishUnderstand expectations of ISO documentation: Specifically, OP 34 and OP W23Able to stand for long periods of time.Able to lift 50 pounds.Team PlayerEducation:HSD or GED – Preferred but not requiredExperience:Previous experience in a manufacturing setting - Preferred but not requiredTraining:Good Documentation PracticesGood Manufacturing PracticesInstruction/Training in pertinent areas related to positionSchedule:Day Shift 7:00am - 7:00pm 12-hour shift on a 2,2,3 rotating scheduleBiomerics offers the following benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation Days, Paid Holidays, and 401k.Please, no recruitment agency calls or emails (we are not using recruitment services for this or any other role posted).
