We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant Country Club Dining Room. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a positive team environment. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, uphold food safety standards, and deliver memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back. Duties Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management Lead and motivate a diverse team of servers, cooks, and support staff to achieve high performance standards Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste Oversee POS systems such as Clubessential POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain rigorous food handling and sanitation standards Conduct staff training sessions on food preparation, customer service, safety protocols, and operational procedures Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure an outstanding dining experience Requirements Proven experience in Restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations Extensive knowledge of POS systems, proficiency in cash handling and financial reconciliation Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing hospitality teams, supervising staff, and conducting interviews Strong understanding of food safety management, inventory control, and food production processes Ability to perform basic math accurately for budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and order calculations Prior experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to train, develop, and motivate team members effectively Join us as a Restaurant Manager where your leadership will inspire excellence!
