Job Description
Global Product Marketing Leadership
- Define and structure watch collections across three categories:
- Men's watches
- Women's watches
- High watchmaking
- Set pricing, positioning, and product strategy
- Manage the global product portfolio
- Lead end-to-end product launches
Strong Business & Market Orientation
- Work closely with international markets and subsidiaries
- Monthly interactions and regional travel to understand:
- Sales dynamics (sell-in / sell-out)
- Market needs and required adaptations
- Contribute directly to commercial performance
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Central role from product conception to execution
- Close collaboration with Digital Strategy & Media, Communication Director & PR Director and Production Sites
The Successful Applicant
- ~10 years of experience
- Director or Senior Manager level
- Experience managing teams of at least 7-8 people
- Strong innovation mindset
- Strong watchmaking expertise is mandatory
- Understanding of mechanical complexity and craftsmanship
- Ability to work closely with technical and production teams
