We are recruiting for the following position:Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization### Nurse Manager (RN/LPN)The Nurse Manager is a clinical leadership position responsible for overseeing nursing operations, supervising clinical care teams, and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. This role partners closely with the Health Center Administrator and Medical Director to achieve clinical quality goals, maintain regulatory compliance, support provider productivity, and ensure exceptional patient service.**Key Duties:*** Supervise and support nurses, MA Supervisors, Medical Assistants, Care Coordinators, and other clinical support staff* Ensure achievement of Clinical Quality Measures (CQMs) and closure of patient care gaps* Monitor clinic operations, patient flow, and provider productivity targets* Conduct staff training, competency assessments, audits, and performance evaluations* Oversee infection control, medication management, quality controls, and regulatory compliance* Manage referrals, patient follow-up activities, and patient grievances* Lead quality improvement initiatives utilizing the PDSA model* Support team-based care and implementation of the Patient-Centered Medical Home model* Assist with clinic operations and provide clinical support as needed**Qualifications:*** Active Washington State RN license required (BSN preferred)* LPN may be considered with equivalent experience* Ambulatory care experience preferred* Supervisory or management experience preferred* BLS/CPR certification required within 90 days of hire* Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferredFast-paced outpatient medical clinic environment.
