Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead preconstruction and estimating efforts for large scale commercial construction projects in the Dallas market. This role will support conceptual estimating, GMP development, and competitive bidding for complex projects across multifamily, healthcare, education, and mixed use sectors.The ideal candidate has strong technical estimating skills, experience working with design teams early in the process, and the ability to lead pricing strategy on high value projects.Responsibilities:Lead estimating efforts from conceptual design through construction documentsDevelop detailed budgets, GMPs, and hard bid estimatesPerform quantity takeoffs and full cost modelingCoordinate subcontractor outreach, scope development, bid leveling, and analysisReview drawings, specifications, logistics, and constructabilityIdentify risks, contingencies, exclusions, and value engineering opportunitiesSupport preconstruction meetings and client presentationsMentor junior estimators and support multiple preconstruction effortsRequirements:7 or more years of estimating experience in commercial constructionProven experience leading estimates for large scale or complex projectsStrong understanding of multifamily, healthcare, education, or mixed use constructionAbility to manage multiple estimates simultaneously under tight deadlinesProficiency with estimating software, takeoff tools, and spreadsheetsStrong communication, organization, and leadership skillsWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation and bonus potentialStable pipeline of high profile commercial projects in the Dallas marketCollaborative preconstruction environment with strong operational supportOpportunity for long term growth with a well established commercial builder
