Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist
The Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving Environmental, Health & Safety programs within a high-volume food manufacturing environment. This position will conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments, support regulatory compliance, investigate incidents, deliver employee training, monitor corrective actions, and promote a strong safety culture throughout the facility. The Specialist will work closely with Production, Sanitation, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Human Resources, and Site Leadership to identify hazards, implement effective controls, reduce workplace incidents, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on EHS experience in food manufacturing, food processing, cold storage, warehousing, or industrial production, along with strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and practical experience implementing safety programs on the production floor.
