Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a coordinator based in Baton Rouge, LA. The coordinator will handle daily administrative tasks, oversee job updates, and provide customer service support. Responsibilities include monitoring workflows, coordinating schedules, analyzing operational data, improving processes, and assisting with documentation and reporting. Collaboration with team members and maintaining effective communication across departments will be key to success in this role.

Qualifications

Strong coordinating management and organizational skills to coordinate workflow and ensure efficiency
Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills for analyzing data and optimizing processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and customers effectively
Customer service experience to address client needs and maintain professional relationships
Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks, including managing schedules, documentation, and reporting
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications is a plus
Prior experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is advantageous
