Registered Nurse (RN) - OB/IVF Care Coordinator

Contract Assignment: ASAP - December 31, 2026 (extensions likely)
Pay Rate: $52.00/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Location: On-site
Travel Required: No

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with OB experience to support a busy reproductive medicine and women's health practice. This role will focus on patient triage, IVF care coordination, and management of laboratory results while providing exceptional patient support throughout the care journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site nursing triage for patients
• Coordinate care for IVF and fertility patients
• Review, communicate, and follow up on laboratory results
• Support providers and clinical teams in delivering high-quality patient care
• Serve as a patient resource and point of contact for treatment-related questions and concerns

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• OB/GYN nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Ambulatory OB phone triage experience
• Fertility, reproductive medicine, or IVF experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday through Friday
• 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• No travel required
• No home health visits
• Work performed at a single clinical location
• Attire: Scrubs or business casual

Compensation: $52.00 per hour
