Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Electronics Assembler – Solderer openings in Stacy, MN . This role is ideal for individuals who are detail‑oriented, steady with hands-on work, and looking to grow their skills in electronic assembly and precision soldering.

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00AM–4:30PM

• Pay Frequency: Weekly

• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Soldering — Perform through‑hole and surface‑mount soldering on circuit boards and electronic components.

• Component Assembly — Assemble wiring, connectors, harnesses, and small electronic parts according to production specifications.

• Quality Inspection — Inspect solder joints, component placement, and assemblies for defects or non‑conformance.

• Blueprint & Work Instruction Reading — Follow detailed schematics, diagrams, and assembly instructions with accuracy.

• Testing & Documentation — Perform basic functional tests and record production data as required.

Qualifications

• Soldering Experience — Prior soldering or electronics assembly experience strongly preferred.

• Fine Motor Skills — Ability to work with small components and maintain consistent precision.

• Technical Reading — Comfortable reading schematics, diagrams, and written instructions.

• Quality Focus — Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing defect‑free work.

• Physical Capability — Able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
