Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations, utilizing standardized evaluation tools to identify clients' mental health needs and craft tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services via secure telehealth platforms, adapting your approach to align with the unique situations and preferences of each client.

• Engage clients in establishing meaningful therapeutic goals, encouraging their active participation in the treatment process to drive successful outcomes.

• Maintain a flexible therapeutic style that incorporates a range of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness training, reflective of each client's needs and treatment objectives.

• Document therapy sessions and client progress accurately and timely in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating continuity of care.

In this role, you will serve a diverse population of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
