Your responsibilities will include:Conducting assessments and developing treatment plansProviding direct service and person-centered management of client risk and safetyDelivering comprehensive patient care servicesConsulting with state and private agenciesReferring clients to appropriate social service agenciesRequirementsMaster's Degree in Behavioral or Social Science or a related fieldThree years of experience in case management, including assessing, planning, and implementing servicesThree years of experience in providing clinical treatment or counseling as part of a treatment teamPreferencesExperience in a psychiatric outpatient settingStrong communication and consultative skillsThis is a full-time, on-site position with a standard workweek from Monday to Friday.
