This role is responsible to deploy Lean Manufacturing throughout the company both in the Plants as well as on the Administrative Side of the Business Knowledge And Skills (Education) Comfortable working with both Salaried and Hourly Employees Logical thinker Can facilitate Meetings Has the drive and energy to take initiative without being told exactly what to do 5 Years of Work Experience Minimum Can use Excel and PowerPoint Major Accountabilities Supporting The Business Units & Functional Areas as they Implement the Lean Portions of the Business Plan Responsible for Cascading Lean Manufacturing Concepts Across the Company Working Conditions Comfortable working on the Manufacturing floor Job Requires 80%-90% Travel Effort/Physical Demands Have the drive & energy to lead change Health And Safety Responsibilities Must work in accordance with Health and Safety regulations, Company Rules and Plant Rules, policies and procedures #J-18808-Ljbffr
