Highlights Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Average patient volume of 15-18 patients per day Minimal, rotational call responsibilities Collaborative care model with strong clinical and operational support Base salary based on experience; starts at 125k+ Malpractice with tail coverage 4 weeks PTO CME allowance and dedicated CME time 401(k), medical, dental, and vision benefits Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is experienced in value-based care, and passionate about delivering high-quality, relationship-driven medicine.
