Responsibilities RN – Day or Night Shift (12 hours). 7am‑7pm & 7pm‑7am. Responsibilities include: Demonstrates ability to assess patient clinical and psychosocial needs by applying standards of practice as it relates to the specialty or patient population. Partners with patients and their family to develop, implement and evaluate a plan of care, treatments and procedures that contribute to physiological and psychosocial outcomes of the patient. Facilitates safe patient transition to next level of care as part of the plan of care. Demonstrates sense of urgency to facilitate patient throughout to ensure patient receives consistent, competent and ethical care. Demonstrates understanding of diverse patient care populations and modifies education methods accordingly. Accurately completes all required clinical and quality documentation consistently per standards and regulatory requirements. Delegates and prioritizes tasks appropriately; responds to emergency situations; evaluates resources and support needed.
