Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Maryland license or compact license (required for submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <60 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Johns Hopkins (Direct) Program - Main and no current placement allowed at Program: Johns Hopkins (Direct) Program - Main.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 2 years RN Cardiac/Surgical ICU experience. Cardiovascular Interventional Lab (CVIL) Cath and/or EP lab experience required. Moderate sedation experience required.

Preferred Credentials: Trauma course preferred.

Unit Details: Cardiovascular Interventional Lab consists of Cath and EP labs. Epic Cupid experience preferred. Services include coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, cardiomyopathy, pericardial disease, peripheral artery disease, adult congenital heart disease, and aortic disease.

Shift & Scheduling: Mon-Fri with alternating/staggered 10-hour shifts (6:30-5 p.m., 7-5:30 p.m., 8-6:30 p.m., and 9-7:30 p.m.). Rotating day off; no set schedule. On-call for weekdays, weekends, and holidays; minimum 7-10 days every 6 weeks, with frequency reviewed during interview. Call has a required 30-minute response time.
