Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical Unit
Our organization is currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical unit in Rochester, NH. This position involves delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care to a varied adult demographic, which includes individuals recovering from surgery and those with acute medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine care needs.
- Administer medications accurately and safely.
- Coordinate care among multidisciplinary teams.
- Educate patients and their families about health management.
- Maintain precise documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Qualifications- Current RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
