Full Time Transportation Aide - Gibsonia, PA

Job Description

ProCare Therapy is actively seeking Transportation Aides to support a school district located just north of Pittsburgh, PA. This is a great opportunity to make a direct impact supporting students during their daily transportation routine.

Position Details:

Openings: 6 Transportation Aides
Student Population: K–12
Schedule: Approximately 30+ hours per week
~3-hour morning bus route
~3-hour afternoon bus route
Opportunity for additional hours through substitute coverage between routes
Contract Length:
Current School Year (CSY)
Renewal anticipated for Next School Year (NSY)

Responsibilities:

Assist students safely boarding and exiting the bus
Provide supervision and behavioral support during transportation
Ensure a safe, respectful environment for all students
Communicate effectively with drivers and school staff

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
Ability to follow safety protocols and remain attentive during routes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and punctual
