Asphalt Plant Groundman

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Inspecting, cleaning, and performing repairs on mechanical equipment related to the Asphalt Plant. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of asphalt plant operations. Strong attention to detail. Ability to handle and operate track excavators, back hoes, dozers, loaders, rollers, forklifts, and other equipment. Initiative, ability, and willingness to perform and assist with other responsibilities for job completion as requested. Willingness to work day or night shift, including weekends. Willingness to travel. Ability to understand directions/instructions on methods/process to do work. Maintain high level of awareness for a busy project work environment.
