Collaborative Structure & Impact The Hospital Manager of Patient Experience will report to a senior executive leader in Quality and Patient Experience, partnering closely with Nursing, Ancillary Services, Case Management, and Medical Staff leadership to align service standards with hospital-wide goals. The Hospital Manager of Patient Experience will lead purposeful rounding, service recovery, complaint and grievance resolution, HCAHPS and Press Ganey analytics, staff coaching and recognition, and Lean Six Sigma–informed improvements—supported by friendly nurses and a diverse, multilingual healthcare team that embraces empathy, cultural humility, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
