Fabrication Department JobMonday-Friday 7AM-3:30PMOverall job summary:Finish the edges of custom fabricated rugsDetailed job summary:Add edge finishing to custom rug edgesVarious options offered: Machine serging, Hand serging, Machine bindingReview each work order paying close attention to details for each order. Apply the appropriate edge finishing per the instructions on the work order.Quality – Review / Inspect the quality of edge finish of each piece once completed. Have the Fabrication department manager to check the edge finish for any defects.Equipment – Ensure that all equipment is used correctly and safely. Maintain all equipment as needed (binding machines, serging machines, scissors etc).Minimum requirements: High School / GED. Computer experience required.Abilities required: Ability to use AS400, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Ability to lead by example.
