Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Prepare patients for MRI procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  
  
• 
  Operate MRI equipment to acquire diagnostic images according to established protocols.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patients during scans to ensure safety and address any issues that arise.
  
  
• 
  Maintain detailed records of procedures and imaging results for accurate reporting.
  
  
• 
  Follow strict safety guidelines to minimize exposure and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to provide optimal patient care.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Current MRI Technologist license or certification as required by state regulations.
  
  
• 
  Proven experience operating MRI equipment and performing diagnostic imaging procedures.
  
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of MRI safety protocols and patient positioning techniques.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication skills to explain procedures and address patient concerns.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, clinical environment.
  
  
• 
  Familiarity with electronic health record systems is preferred.
