Candidates must reside within 1 hour of Poughkeepsie, NY and must be able to attend the onsite interview and periodic onsite work throughout the assignment.
Position Overview
We are seeking a strong ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB Engineer to design, implement, govern, and optimize an enterprise ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM environment. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with CMDB administration, Discovery, Service Mapping, CSDM, IRE, MID Servers, Event Management, and enterprise integrations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB
- Expert-level CMDB administration, governance, and data quality
- ServiceNow Discovery implementation and administration
- Service Mapping and CSDM
- Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE)
- MID Server administration
- Event Management
- IntegrationHub and Flow Designer
- REST and SOAP API integrations
- Asset Management integration concepts
- Integration with SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Tenable , or similar enterprise tools
- Cloud Discovery experience with AWS and/or Azure
- Data Foundations / Data Manager
- Experience implementing enterprise CMDB governance and standards
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow ITOM Implementation Specialist
- ITIL knowledge or certification
- Experience working in large enterprise ServiceNow environments
- Experience implementing enterprise-wide CMDB governance programs
