Service Advisor

Service AdvisorParks Lincoln of Longwood seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our expanding Service Team. The person in this position will be working as part of a team within the Service Department to support our customer’s experience. The Service Advisor will be a liaison with our Customers, Service Technicians, and Service Manager. Come and see our new state-of-the-art-facility! The primary responsibilities for this position include:Greet customers promptly and courteously—attitude is everything!Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs to techniciansUp-sell additional services using low pressure, high integrity methodsProvide accurate repair/maintenance estimatesAdhere to policies on vehicle care and operationFollow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progressSell and manage extended warrantiesInspect repair quality and ensure all work is completeNotify customers when vehicles are ready for pick upReview and explain repairs and associated costs with customersHandle minor customer concerns and complaintsMaintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standardsThis is a full-time, 40+ hour per week position that will require some Saturdays.Skills that we have identified that will lead to success include:3 plus years as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry requiredExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritizeAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skillsComputer proficiencyWork well with Service Team as well as other departmentsDependability, reliability, responsibilityThrive on working in a fast-paced, team environmentHospitality experience a plusValid Florida driver's license and good driving record requiredA background check and drug screen will be required for this position.Work RemotelyNoParks Lincoln of Longwood is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
